just incase there was some interest, not much under drawing and not many secrets, the grey-work was in Sketchbook Pro, colours and some blurring in Photoshop.
thanks Fieldscarecrow. I use a cintiq (at the studio) and a tablet pc at home, I wouldn't dream of using anything but SBPro for drawing and painting. It may feel different on a standard intuos though... I use photoshop for lighting/filters/layer modes etc.
I tried SBP and even tried your brush settings, still did not seem much better than Photoshop. Then again I am using an Intuos and am much less talented than yourself :)
haha I doubt that Dan! I've never used SBPro without drawing on the screen, so using a tradition wacom you might not notice much difference, I couldn't say. I think it does draw smoother though...
