Batman Blackgate Cinematics

Here's a selection of the cinematic work I created for Batman Arkham Origins Blackgate.
These were all generated in Sketchbook Pro, then each element grouped up
to be later animated and given some much needed VOOOM by the
good folk at Armature studio.
Posted here working size.

In game these have been described as cool as well as undynamic and cheap and ugly.
Ah well.
I guess I shouldn't bother with reviews, they only make me question my choices.
All 350 frames of them.

I'll post up a couple of the concepts soon.

  8. These are amazing--if they made an animated series that looked like this, it would be come an instant classic. With there were more Catwoman stills : )

  13. I love the style. However, the jail door in the second pic has a bar too few. Catwoman would easily pass through the spaces.
